Will there be time between the last session on day 1 to change for the off-site dinner?

Yes! There is a short break to freshen up in your room before the shuttle service to the dinner and awards ceremony starts. Please refer to the agenda above for timing.

What are the expectations of attendees?

  • Turn off distractions like phones and laptop notifications. Sound off!
  • Jackets on for meeting days.

Do I need to bring anything to the meetings?

We recommend bringing a laptop, a notepad with a pen or pencil, your cellphone, and any chargers you may need. Please plan to bring only one bag, as space will be limited and you’ll want to keep your seating area clear and comfortable.

What is the dress code?

  • Meetings: Business professional with jacket (no jeans)
  • Tuesday Night: Polished casual; jeans are acceptable
  • Wednesday Night: Texas-themed dinner - boots, denim, fringe, hats, and western flair encouraged
  • Weather Watch: Texas mornings and evenings can be a bit brisk, so toss in a light jacket or layer to stay comfortable from sunrise to sundown.
